On Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at 7:30 p.m., Attorney Joe Bowman will present an informational public seminar covering important topics under the North Carolina Workers' Compensation Act.

Topics of emphasis will include those most relevant to North Carolina employees and their families, including the proper procedure for reporting and documenting a work-injury with one's employer, filing a claim for benefits with the North Carolina Industrial Commission, guidelines for requesting and receiving medical compensation and wage-loss benefits, and appropriate responses to the denial of one's workers' compensation claim.
